The LB8 Custom App provides you with all the instructions you need to have the confidence with my challenge plans. I cater these plans for new gym goers as well as advanced gym users.
 
Will this plan work for me?

The Female Transformation Challenge is designed to give you everything you need in order to guarantee results. If you stick to plan and use the support in the closed Facebook pages you will achieve a fantastic transformation.
 
Do I need to go to a gym to do this plan?

To maximise your results it is recommended that you have access to a gym although I can supply you with home workouts should you need them.
 
I have a holiday during the challenge will that be a problem?

I will be supplying you with a meal plan however provided you make the right food choices whilst away there shouldn’t be a problem.
